문의해주신 오류내용은 어려가지 원인이 있습니다.
1. PC와 보드간의 물리적 접촉의 원인
2. 부트로더의 이상이 있는 경우
위 두 항목의 원인이 가장 대표적인 원인입니다.
PC연결 포트를 변경 및 연결 케이블을 우선 변경하여 테스트를 부탁드리며, 이 후 동일한 문제가 발생할 경우
부트로더를 새로 업로드하셔야 하는점 참고부탁드리겠습니다. 부트로더 업로드를 해야하는 경우, 동일한 보드가 하나 더 필요하며,
자세한 정보는 따로 보유하고 있지 않아, 구글링 또는 포털사이트 검색을 통한 정보를 참고 부탁드리겠습니다.

라이브러리문제인것으로 추정된다고 하여 아두이노를 지우고 다시 설치하여 호환드라이버 설치하였습니다.
하지만 아래의 애러로 업로드가 되지 않습니다.
아두이노:1.8.13 (Windows 10), 보드:"Arduino Uno"
스케치는 프로그램 저장 공간 924 바이트(2%)를 사용. 최대 32256 바이트.
전역 변수는 동적 메모리 9바이트(0%)를 사용, 2039바이트의 지역변수가 남음. 최대는 2048 바이트.
스케치를 업로드 하는 동안 에러가 발생하였습니다.
